Spa Reopening Guidelines
We are thrilled to announce that The Spa at RiverStone is reopening Wednesday, May 6th! We will be open on Wednesday, 6th and Thursday, 7th for product, gift card sales and to make your future appointments. We will start doing treatments again on Friday, May 8th. We would like to give you an update about the Phase 1 guidelines for salons and spas in TN.
What to Expect:
*Open by Appointment Only - No Walk-Ins.
We will have limited Staff and Clients to abide by Social Distanced Guidelines.
*Social Distancing, except for the staff providing services to the client.
*Employees and Guests will be screened for illness before entering the Spa.
*Employees and Guests will be required to wear face masks.
-Clients must wear a face mask in order to receive a treatment. You can remove your face mask when receiving a massage in the "face down" position only. We are unable to preform facials, lip wax, or chin wax or any service that requires removal of face mask during phase 1.
Guests are required to bring their own face mask. We will not be providing them.
*Touchless Greetings and Goodbyes
-We have missed you, but will not be able to hug you or shake your hand at this time.
*No Locker Rooms
-Robes will not be provided at this time
*No Relaxation or Calming Room
-Please stay in your car and call us at 865-286-3400 when you arrive. We will give you instruction from there.
*Couples Room not available at this time
*No communal items
-We will not be offering any beverages, snacks or magazines.
*Limited Guests
-Please do not bring anyone with you that is not receiving a spa treatment.
*Sanitation
-The Spa at RiverStone follows all of the TN and CDC guidelines for sanitation and disinfection.
